## What this video covers

A new staff member starts with no access to anything — nothing appears for them until you
set it up. This walkthrough takes one staff member from no access at all to working access
in a single module, using Hazards & Premises as the example. Along the way it shows how the
three permission levels differ in practice, and what happens when you take access away.

## Steps covered

1. Finding the Permissions tab on a staff member's profile
2. Granting Centre Access — which centres this person can see
3. Granting Module Access — which modules they can open at each centre
4. Setting Feature Permissions — Full Access, Read Only, or No Access for each part of the module
5. Understanding the confirmation prompt when you remove access

## Before you start

<Note>
  You need to be signed in as a business Admin to see the Permissions tab. The staff member
  also needs to already exist in HR → Staff — invite them first if they don't.
</Note>

<Warning>
  Removing centre access also removes every module and feature permission underneath it, and
  takes effect immediately. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.
</Warning>
