Your Dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a live snapshot of your centre’s compliance status — open incidents, staff with expiring vetting, overdue drills, upcoming policy reviews, and more. Everything that needs your attention surfaces here so nothing falls through the cracks.Day to Day
Incidents
Record and manage incidents involving children, staff, and visitors. Each incident moves through a five-stage workflow — Log → Assess → Assign → Resolve → Close — with prompts at each stage to capture the right information. The Incidents module also handles regulatory notifications. If an incident is notifiable to the Ministry of Education, WorkSafe, Oranga Tamariki, or another body, you can record each notification directly against the incident, with due-by dates and overdue alerts on the dashboard. Find it: Day to Day → IncidentsHazards & Premises
Manage the physical hazards at your centre with a standing hazard register. Each hazard has an initial and residual risk rating (Red / Amber / Green), control measures, an owner, and a review due date. The Premises module lets you define the locations at your centre — classrooms, outdoor areas, entrances — and link hazards to specific locations. You can also set up daily hazard check templates so staff can complete a quick walkthrough each day and flag anything that needs attention. Find it: Day to Day → Hazards & PremisesEmergency & Drills
Record your emergency drills and manage your emergency preparedness documentation. The module covers:- Drills — log each drill with date, type, outcome, evacuation time, and any deficiencies found. Deficiencies are tracked through to resolution.
- Evacuation Scheme — upload your current evacuation scheme and track its review date.
- Emergency Plans — manage plans for fire, earthquake, flood, lockdown, and medical emergencies.
- Supplies — maintain your emergency supplies checklist and record when items were last checked.
Fire Evacuation
A dedicated module for your fire evacuation records. Log each evacuation drill, track your evacuation scheme, and manage your fire evacuation refresher training for staff. Find it: Day to Day → Fire EvacuationMaintenance Log
Log and track maintenance requests across your centre. Maintenance items can be linked to hazards so you can track the full chain from identified risk through to resolution. Find it: Day to Day → Maintenance LogCompliance Monitoring

The register maps all 80+ April 2026 licensing criteria, lets you record your compliance status for each one, link evidence, assign owners, and set review dates. The ERO readiness score at the top of the register gives you a live percentage of how many criteria you have covered — so you always know where you stand. Find it: Compliance Monitoring → Compliance RegisterCentre Policies
