The Multi-Site View appears automatically in your sidebar when your business operates two or more centres. It gives you a single page to assess compliance health across your entire portfolio — without having to navigate into each centre individually.
Multi-Site View is only visible to businesses with 2 or more centres registered. If you only operate one centre, this page will not appear in your sidebar.

Business-Wide Summary

At the top of the page, four summary cards show compliance status across all centres combined: Each card uses a traffic light indicator — green for on track, amber for attention needed, red for action required.

Centre Cards

Below the summary, each of your centres gets its own card showing a snapshot of key compliance items:
  • Drills — whether an emergency drill has been recorded recently
  • Daily checks — whether a hazard check has been completed today
  • Maintenance — number of open maintenance requests
  • Staff compliance — any incomplete inductions or expiring compliance records
  • Pay parity — number of pay reviews due
Each item links directly through to the relevant module for that centre so you can act immediately.

Cards vs Compare

Use the toggle in the top right to switch between two views:
  • Cards — the default view, showing each centre as an individual card with its own status items
  • Compare — a side-by-side comparison table of key metrics across all your centres
The Compare view is useful when you want to benchmark centres against each other or quickly identify which centre needs the most attention.
