Centre List
The Centres page shows all centres registered under your business. Each card displays the centre name, MoE licence number, location, and licensed numbers at a glance. Click any centre to open its detail page. To add a new centre, click + New centre in the top right.Centre Detail
Clicking into a centre shows three sections:Licence
Key licensing information for the centre:- Licence number — the Ministry of Education licence number
- Licence type — Centre-Based, Home-Based, etc.
- Licensed numbers — the maximum number of children licensed to attend
- Age range — the age range the centre is licensed for
- Added — when the centre was added to CCNZ
Contact
The centre’s contact details — phone, email, and physical address.Pay Parity
A summary of the centre’s pay parity configuration:- Whether the centre is participating in the ECE Pay Parity scheme
- The current salary scale (Full Parity or otherwise)
- The date the scale became effective
- The next RS7 attestation due date
- The status of the current attestation period
- Whether the centre is under a moratorium
- Attestation history — a record of all previous RS7 attestations for this centre
Managing Centres
From the centre detail page you can:- Edit — update licence details, contact information, and pay parity settings
- Assigned users — view and manage which staff members have access to this centre
- Close centre — mark a centre as closed (this does not delete any data)
