Accessing branding settings
Go to Settings → Branding from the sidebar. Branding settings are only available to admins. You can also access branding from the Setup Checklist in Business Settings if you want to revisit it after completing the setup wizard.Logo
Upload your logo in PNG, JPG, or SVG format. The recommended size is approximately 260×65 pixels — landscape format works best. The maximum file size is 2 MB. Once uploaded, your logo appears in the sidebar header and on the cover of generated PDFs. If no logo is uploaded, the CCNZ lockup is used instead. To replace the logo, upload a new file — it replaces the previous one immediately. To remove a custom logo and return to the CCNZ default, use the Reset to CCNZ default option.SVG logos display correctly in the app but fall back to the CCNZ lockup in PDFs. For best results in exported documents, upload a PNG or JPG version of your logo.
Brand colours
Set a primary colour and an accent colour using the hex colour pickers. These are applied across the app as CSS custom properties:- Primary colour — used for the sidebar header, active navigation indicators, primary buttons, and key accents
- Accent colour — used for highlights and secondary accents
Contrast checking
If a chosen colour may be difficult to read against its background, a warning appears inline. The warning doesn’t block saving — it’s a prompt to check legibility before committing. If you receive a contrast warning, try a slightly darker or lighter shade.Resetting to default
To remove all custom branding and return to the CCNZ theme, click Reset to CCNZ default. This clears your logo and colour settings. The CCNZ lockup and standard navy/gold palette are restored immediately.Where branding appears
- Sidebar header — logo on your primary colour band
- Primary buttons, active nav items, and key accents across the app
- All transactional emails sent from the platform (invitation, welcome, scheduling)
- PDF exports — ERO Evidence Pack, Pay Parity Evidence Pack, policy PDFs
