Business Details holds the core information about your organisation — the details that appear across the platform and in generated documents.

Accessing business details

Go to Settings → Business Settings from the sidebar. Business details are only available to admins.

What you can edit

  • Legal name — your registered business name
  • Trading name — the name your centre operates under, if different from the legal name
  • NZBN — your New Zealand Business Number
  • Contact email — used for platform notifications and correspondence
  • Contact phone
  • Address — your business address (street, city, region, postcode)
Click Save to update your details. Changes take effect immediately. If you completed the Setup Wizard when you first logged in, your business details were set during Step 1. You can return to the full setup checklist at any time by clicking Review Setup Checklist → on the Business Settings page. This takes you back to the wizard where you can review and update any step — it doesn’t reset your wizard progress or trigger the mandatory redirect.

Centre details

Business details cover your organisation as a whole. Individual centre details — centre name, licence number, licensed numbers, age range, and address — are managed separately from the Your Centres page.
