The Emergency & Drills module gives your centre a single place to manage everything related to emergency preparedness — your evacuation scheme, emergency plans, supplies, and drill records. The dashboard gives you a live status view so you always know what’s current and what needs attention.

What’s in the module

Evacuation scheme — a record of your current fire evacuation scheme, including the approval date, review due date, and the scheme document itself. Emergency plans — one plan per emergency type (fire, earthquake, flood, lockdown, medical emergency). Each plan has a review cycle, an owner, and a document attached. Emergency supplies — a checklist of your centre’s emergency supplies with quantities and a log of when they were last checked. Drills — a record of every drill conducted, including the outcome, who was present, how long the evacuation took, and any deficiencies identified.

The dashboard

The module dashboard answers five questions at a glance:
  • When is the next drill due?
  • Are there any open deficiencies from the last drill?
  • Is the evacuation scheme current?
  • When were supplies last checked?
  • Are any emergency plans overdue for review?
Each area shows a colour-coded status — green for compliant, amber for due soon or minor issues, red for overdue or unresolved actions.

Who can access the module

Emergency & Drills is available to admin users and compliance users. The module must be enabled for your centre by the CCNZ team.
