The ERO Evidence Pack is a generated PDF that pulls together your compliance position from across the platform into a single document. It’s designed to be handed to an ERO reviewer at the start of a visit — giving them a structured summary of your evidence without you having to compile it manually.

What’s in the pack

The Evidence Pack is generated at the point you click Export Evidence Pack on the ERO Audit Prep dashboard. It reflects your data as it stands at that moment and includes six sections: Cover page — your centre name, business name, the date the pack was generated, and the ERO visit date if Visit Mode is active. Section 1 — Compliance Summary — your overall readiness score and a domain breakdown table showing, for each of the four standards, how many criteria are Compliant, Partially Compliant, Non-Compliant, Not Applicable, and Under Review. Section 2 — Policy Library Summary — a list of all your active policies with their status, last reviewed date, and the licensing criteria codes they’re tagged to. Section 3 — Emergency Management Evidence — drill records from the past 12 months (date, type, outcome, any deficiencies), your evacuation scheme status, and the status of each emergency plan. Section 4 — Staff Compliance Evidence — police vetting status for all staff (current, expired, or due), and induction completion rates. Section 5 — Pay Parity Evidence — your current RS7 attestation status, attested salary scale, and the date of your last RS7 submission. Section 6 — Open Corrective Actions — any compliance actions that haven’t been completed, showing the criterion code, description, due date, and assigned staff member.

Generating the pack

From the ERO Audit Prep dashboard, click Export Evidence Pack. The PDF is generated and downloaded automatically.
The Evidence Pack can only be generated once your Compliance Register has been initialised — it won’t generate if no compliance records exist. Visit your Compliance Register first to initialise it if you haven’t already.

When to generate it

You can generate the Evidence Pack at any time — it’s a snapshot of your current position. For an ERO visit, the recommended workflow is:
  1. Work through the Self-Review Tool to update your compliance register
  2. Resolve any open corrective actions you can
  3. Activate ERO Visit Mode (see Visit Mode)
  4. Generate the Evidence Pack — this will include the visit date on the cover page
  5. Hand the pack to the ERO reviewer at the start of the visit
You can regenerate the pack as many times as needed — each download is a fresh snapshot.
