How it works
Evidence linking is computed when you open a criterion detail page. The platform looks across your existing records and surfaces anything relevant to that criterion. This means your evidence picture updates automatically as you add drills, complete inductions, update policies, and record police vetting — without any extra steps. What links automatically
Emergency drills → HS104–HS106
Your drill records from the Emergency & Drills module are automatically linked to the emergency-related criteria. HS104 covers having an emergency plan, HS105 covers emergency supplies, and HS106 covers the requirement to conduct regular drills. Each drill record shows as evidence against these criteria.Police vetting → GMA106
GMA106 requires that all people working with children have been police vetted. Staff police vetting records from the HR module are automatically surfaced as evidence for this criterion.Induction completions → GMA105
GMA105 covers professional development and induction requirements. Completed staff inductions are automatically linked as evidence.Policies → tagged criteria
Every policy in your Policy Library can be tagged to one or more criteria. When a policy is tagged, it appears as evidence on the criterion detail page for each criterion it’s linked to. This means a well-tagged policy library becomes a significant source of compliance evidence across all four standards.Adding evidence manually
Automatic linking covers the most common evidence sources. For criteria where the platform can’t link evidence automatically — for example, a building compliance certificate, a completed self-review document, or an external audit report — you can upload evidence directly from the criterion detail page or store it in the Evidence Vault and reference it from there.Opening a criterion
To see the evidence linked to a specific criterion, open the Compliance Register and click into any criterion row. The detail page shows:- The full criterion text from the April 2026 licensing criteria
- Your current compliance status
- Automatically linked evidence from across the platform
- Any notes you’ve added
- Corrective actions if the criterion is partially compliant or non-compliant
